B2B Catalogue Websites
Product catalogue websites built for how B2B buyers actually order.
For manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers: a searchable catalogue with full specifications, quote requests instead of checkout, and every enquiry sent straight to your CRM and WhatsApp.
In Practice
A catalogue that works like your best sales rep: always current, always answering.
- Search by product, SKU, size, or grade
- Quote basket with quantities, no online payment needed
- Trade pricing behind buyer logins
- Requests land in your CRM, confirmed on WhatsApp
The Problem
Where B2B orders get lost today.
The PDF catalogue is always out of date
Every price or range change means a new PDF, re-sent to every buyer, while old versions keep circulating.
Buyers can't find the exact item
Without search by SKU, size, or grade, a buyer who knows exactly what they need still has to call and ask.
Enquiries arrive missing the details
“Please send price” with no product, quantity, or company means three more messages before anyone can quote.
What You Get
Everything a trade buyer needs to send a complete request.
Structured product catalogue
Categories, variants, specifications, and downloadable spec sheets, organised the way your buyers search.
Search & filters
Find by product name, SKU, size, material, or grade, so a buyer gets to the right item in seconds.
Quote basket instead of checkout
Buyers add items and quantities to a request for quotation. Pricing stays with your sales team.
Trade-buyer logins
Approved dealers and distributors can log in to see their own pricing, order history, or documents.
WhatsApp enquiry & confirmation
An official WhatsApp Business Platform confirmation on every quote request, plus one-tap WhatsApp enquiry from product pages.
CRM sync
Every quote request becomes a lead in your CRM with the full item list attached, ready for follow-up.
Product management you control
An admin panel to add and update products, with bulk spreadsheet import where your range is large.
Search-friendly product pages
Every product and category gets its own indexable page, with structured data and clean URLs.
How a Quote Flows
From product search to your quotation, with nothing re-typed.
- 1
Buyer finds the product
Search and filter by category, SKU, size, or grade, with full specifications on every product page.
- 2
Adds items to a quote
Quantities and notes per item, like a cart, but nothing is priced or charged online.
- 3
Submits one request
Company, contact, and the full item list arrive together, so there's no back-and-forth to collect details.
- 4
Your systems react
The request lands in your CRM, the buyer gets a WhatsApp confirmation, and your sales team is alerted.
- 5
You send pricing
Your team replies with a quotation, with the complete request already in front of them.
Who It's For
Built for businesses that sell on enquiry.
Manufacturers
Selling to dealers, OEMs, and project buyers who need specifications before they ask for a price.
Distributors & wholesalers
Large ranges across many brands, where buyers order by SKU and quantity.

Technical products where grades, sizes, and standards decide the sale.
Brands selling to retailers
Trade catalogues and dealer pricing kept separate from consumer-facing pages.
Catalogue or Store?
Enquiry catalogue vs B2B e-commerce.

- 01
Discovery & requirements
What the website or system has to achieve, who uses it, what content and integrations already exist, and what's actually broken today.
- 02
Scope & proposal
A written scope: pages and features, integrations, timeline, who provides what, and what's out of scope. Nothing starts until it's agreed.
- 03
Design & development
Page structure and design first, then the build, on a staging link you can open at any point instead of waiting for a big reveal.
- 04
Review & testing
Your review rounds, plus our own checks on mobile layouts, forms, speed, and every integration end to end before anything goes live.
- 05
Launch & handover
Domain, hosting, analytics, and Search Console set up, then a walkthrough of how to update content and where everything lives.
- 06
Ongoing support
Where agreed: updates, fixes, new pages, and integrations after launch, scoped separately so you only pay for what you actually need.
Common Questions
Before you build a B2B catalogue.
Do I need a catalogue website or a B2B e-commerce store?+−
If prices depend on quantity, buyer, or project, an enquiry catalogue with a quote basket usually fits better: buyers find products and send a complete request, and your team prices it. If your prices are fixed and buyers pay upfront, e-commerce makes sense. Many businesses start with a catalogue and add online ordering for approved buyers later.
Can different buyers see different prices?+−
Yes. Prices can be hidden from the public and shown only to logged-in trade buyers, with pricing set per buyer or per buyer group.
We have a very large product range. Will that work?+−
The catalogue structure, categories, attributes, and filters are planned around your actual range during discovery, and products can be imported in bulk from a spreadsheet rather than entered one by one.
Can our team update products without a developer?+−
Yes. Products, categories, specifications, and images are managed from an admin panel, built on WordPress or as a custom admin, depending on the project.
How does the WhatsApp part work?+−
Quote requests can trigger a confirmation message through the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) to buyers who have provided their number, and product pages can include a one-tap WhatsApp enquiry. Meta charges its own per-message fees, billed separately.
Will product pages rank on Google?+−
Each product and category gets its own crawlable page with metadata and structured data, which gives them a fair chance to be found for specific product searches. No one can honestly guarantee rankings.
