1. Engagement process
No proposal is issued without a discovery call. No work begins without a signed proposal and agreed advance payment. This site describes our services; it is not itself an offer of a specific price or deliverable — those are confirmed in writing per engagement.
2. Use of this website
Content on this site — including case studies, copy, and design — belongs to Zenith Dynamics and may not be reproduced without permission. Case studies describe real engagements at a summary level; specific figures may be approximated to protect client confidentiality.
3. No guarantee of results
Marketing and automation outcomes depend on factors outside our direct control (market conditions, ad platform policy, a client's own sales execution). Nothing on this site is a guarantee of specific results.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenith Dynamics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability for delivered client engagements is governed separately by the signed proposal for that engagement.
5. Data protection
Any personal data you provide through this site — via the discovery form, data-rights request form, or email — is handled in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as set out in full in our Privacy Notice. Where a client engagement involves us processing personal data on your behalf beyond what's described there (for example, customer data inside a CRM/ERP system we build), the specific terms for that processing are set out in the signed proposal or a separate data processing agreement for that engagement — not by this general Terms page.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction as specified in individual client agreements.
